The product of the day is aloe vera
this is another one of my favorite products, in my product junkie collection!
Aloe Vera is good for your hair,scalp and skin.
Aloe Vera acts as a natural hair conditioner and can be used in place of chemical based conditioners. If you are suffering from excessive hair loss, aloe vera can help a lot.

So what is Aloe vera?
Aloe vera is a plant that originated from Northern Africa, the Canary islands and Cape Verde. Aloe vera grows in arid climates and is widely distributed in Africa and other arid areas.
The species is frequently cited as being used in herbal medicine.
Aloe vera can be traced back 6,000 years, to early Egyptian civilization, the plant was depicted on stone carvings, and it was known as the “plant of immortality,” aloe was presented as a burial gift to deceased pharaohs.

Benefits of Aloe vera:

In the body: The Aloe vera juice benefits, your body as well you can drink aloe vera juice from gnc, it’s pretty good, it’s kind of sour, it helps your digestive track and keeps you regular.

aloe juice provides your body with 200 health promoting compounds, including 20 minerals, 18 amino acids and 12 vitamins.


On your hair: Aloe has been used by Native Americans, Indians and many in the Caribbean to promote hair health and prevent hair loss. it can help the scalp by healing it and balancing the pH level of the scalp while cleansing the pores. Research says that aloe extract is known to promote hair growth. I believe this to be true, i used this for 8mths straight and, I believe it helped my hair grow like crazy during my transition.
I have since ran out and i really need to buy some more,
i love this stuff, it’s great for all over body care

skin moisturizer

On your skin: Aloe is a natural Skin Moisturizer, it helps to promote skin hydration.
If you don’t have a bottle of moisturizer available, you can just tear off an aloe branch and mix it with a little water. Apply the mixture on your skin to get results that are almost as good as an actual moisturizer.

(TIP) Aloe Vera gel with a small amount of wheat germ oil, and coconut milk can be used as a natural shampoo.

my natural aloe vera moisturizing spray:
(ingredients)
1 cup of filtered water
1/3 cup of aloe vera juice
1 teaspoon of glycerin
1 drop of honey (if you choose)
shake, spray and your good to go!
